Your toes in the sand within seconds. Four Beach Lovers Unit 1 is a completely renovated gulf-front retreat in Holmes Beach where the beach isn't just close — it's right there. Step off your private patio and you're standing on white sand with the turquoise Gulf of Mexico stretching before you.

Unit 1 faces southwest, directly on the Gulf. That means front-row sunsets every evening, dolphin sightings from your patio most mornings, and a quiet, uncrowded stretch of beach that guests describe as some of the best on the island. This isn't beach access or a short walk to the water — it's the water.

The 2025 renovation took everything down to the studs and rebuilt it. Solar Powered. New kitchen with full-size appliances, dishwasher, and a wine fridge for chilling a bottle before sunset. New bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and modern fixtures. All new furnishings, new linens, and new smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. The result is a fresh, modern space that still feels like a genuine beach cottage — because it is one.

Four Beach Lovers has four units total. Units 1 and 2 face the Gulf; Units 3 and 4 offer garden views. The property's tropical landscaping, gazebo with fountain, and old-fashioned porch swings make the grounds feel like a small, private resort.

Holmes Beach puts you in the quieter, more local part of Anna Maria Island. Publix is a couple of blocks away. Walgreens and a small shopping center are nearby. The free island trolley stops close by — explore the full length of AMI without moving your car once you've parked.
