It was very noisy, you could hear even the people speaking in the hall clearly. They are trying to upgrade the property. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great too. The furniture not so much. It is the lack of any sound absorption that is the problem as it is a very old building.

Very clean pleasant desk staff. Comfy beds however the noisiest hotel i have ever stayed. I could hear every door shut people in the hallway and upstairs guest was playing ball with her dog at 11pm despite being told to quiet down twice it and started up again at 7am. We left

The room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was newly renovated. Unfortunately, our stay wasn’t relaxing at all. The motel is not huge, it would be nice if the front agents could do a walk and check what is going on each floor, especially after 9.00 pm. On the main floor was just a chaos. The guests across our room were yelling at each other by wide open door. But they were not only the ones disrespecting others. And again the next morning shortly after 6.00 am other guests thought they were the single guests at this at property.

Exceeded our expectations. The staff were very accommodating and friendly with our late arrival. The hotel room was beautiful. The coffee shop next door had an amazing breakfast sandwich.

We were more than impressed with our stay here! We thought for the price we were taking a risk but ended up loving it! Service was great, room was newly renovated and very clean, and the location was perfect (next to a beautiful park, great restaurants, and novelty shopping)

Renovations have made the rooms excellent

Last time I stayed at Windsor was a number of years back. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that they had renovated the rooms. The renovations have been awesome! Good service too!

Staff were helpful

The staff was very helpful - Pawan did an excellent job in helping us with a few things. She was very accommodating. The room was in good shape, the beds were good, and the bathroom was recently renovated.

The Windsor doesn't look like much from the outside, but the room was fantastic. Absolutely spotless, roomy, and the bathroom was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. They are updating rooms and hallways. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. I will return when in the area.
