Staff were absolutely excellent. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Our room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets. They have Direct TV which was nice for finding kid's programming. The breakfast usually included eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns. There were also apples, waffles makers, yogurt, and bread products like bagels, bread, and danishes. During the weekend they had 2 different waffle mixes to choose from. Check in and check out was super easy. The pool was open for the season. There are a lot of good places to eat not far from the hotel. The only issue is getting into the hotel can be a little tricky depending on which way your GPS takes you.

We stayed at 4 different hotels during our visit to the Houston area. I booked based on reviews I read online and all but this one was actually in the condition I read about online. The others did not appear to match reviews when we arrived. I was about to give up on reading reviews. This hotel was very clean, well maintained and safe. Glad we finally got to stay at a nice place on our last day.

Extra charge for No REASON

I was charged $35 for early check in. The room was already ready and the hotel WAS EMPTY!! So was the charge for. I will never stay at this brand hotel again
