The bed mattresses are pretty horrrible, they’re super hard and uncomfortable. The bath tubs had residue from other people that had showered there before. The jacuzzi was broken and only started to get worse’s on my last day being there. Only one elevator is working right now and there’s no option as hotel guest to access the stairs.

There was only 1 elevator working. We have our parents who cannot just walk down 5 flights of stairs every time. The stairs could not be accessed at every level or from inside the building. All of this was extremely inconvenient. To the point that it delayed our events for a wedding excursion and caused our party to be late.

Paying to park in a hotel you have a room??!

The stay was short and we had no idea we had to pay 40.00 to park where we were already staying. So never again!! There was way too much chlorine in the pool made my kids sick!

I did not like that the floors were not vacuum at all. I was there fir 9 days. Also the tub leaked the toilet handle was broken. Then we had a leak from somewhere where the floor was soak and wet I had to use towels to absorb the water at the front door. Other than that the staff was great and very helpful.

The hotel needs refurbishment. To begin, there was only one elevator in operation and that elevator was having. Problem with the door. The room smellled musty but fortunately the A/C worked fine but the motor to the unit was located at the entrance to the bedroom and thus noisy all night.

One side of the elevator did not work the entire time, and no one was working on it. The bed headboard had peeled which needs to be replaced, the couch had plastic coming out of it, and the iron didn't work.

The water temperature in our room was boiling hot, had a difficult time getting it warm to shower! The breakfast was awesome, happy hour appetizers were great as well. There was INLY one elevator operating during the WHOLE weekend!!!!!
