This is a new motel that definitely provides value for the money. It is close to the Heights and downtown where there are many great dining options, too many different kinds of food to mention. The motel was clean, quiet, and had a very decent breakfast.

Good, but not Great.

The room was nice. The only issue is that it said it came with a soda bed, but it was a loveseat. My friend had to sleep cramped up on a loveseat, which gave him back problems throughout our stay.

Nice small motel beds only had scratchy blankets. Duvet wiuld have been appreciated. Nice gift when registering. Also toothbrush and razor in the bathroom. Not a great area right by the freeway noisy at night. Great breakfast

staff was professional welcome gift free breakfast room was very clean and apt spacious tall ceiling made for with stay. Forgot my phone charger stay called immediately and i was not far from hotel so i turned around and saved money for not buying a new one.

Spacious with private bathroom and sink. Good air conditioning Publics transportation is a little bit far from hotel. But using a rental car or calling uber ride is good since haven inn & suite is affordable
