Vacation | Solo I actually enjoyed my stay at Haven Inn & Suites. Very friendly and professional service. I was able to check in early. I received a goody bag, which I have never received before at any hotel. The room was very clean, quiet, great water pressure, and the room was nice/upgraded! They had a lot of free essentials that even at a 5-star hotel you don't receive. I appreciated the free razor, shaving cream, toothbrush with toothpaste, and other free items provided to their guest. There is a lot of noise from the highway, but a noise machine will fix that issue. I would stay here again.We had a great time at this hotel. The room was cleaned everyday and the staff was very polite and helpful. Even the complimentary breakfast was good every morning better than most hotels.Im definitely go back if I go back to Houston!Finally, thanks for the welcoming bag! It was one of the best experiences I ever had in a hotel/motel.

When we arrived, the rooms were all booked up and so they had to give us a room completely different than the booked one. When we entered it was musky, had dead bugs on the floor, and had no bathtub (only an ADA shower). They ended up accomodating us by sending us to a new hotel down the street that was owned by the same company and had only recently opened. The 2nd hotel was at a cheaper rate but the property manager refused to respond to Hotels.com about refunding the difference in cost.

I really liked the fact that the room actually had lights in the ceiling. Only complaint was the shower rod needed some screws. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay and awesome breakfast

I was expecting there to be a pool 😅, but there wasn’t it was my first time in Houston . But it made it up with there breakfast options, very good breakfast waffles , eggs, sweet bread ,yogurt etc. they had security cameras all over the parking lot and hotel it made me feel safe not to mention very nice lighting . Their rooms were comfortable and clean and smelled nice .. over all I had an awesome experience
