Nice place. It was clean and comfortable. Downside..chose the property for the pool and hot tub but both were closed and being repaired. Seems like last few picks have been bad luck. Overall nice hotel and staff was nice.

On arrival we were greeted by Brenice who was very welcoming and super helpful. The hotel was very clean and smelt lovely and fresh. Our room was very clean and very spacous. The bathroom was also clean and had a lovely big shower. Breakfast was also included 😋

Had the opportunity to stay at this hidden gem. Hotel is under renovation so the bar and restaurant is not available. Only suggestion I recommend for management is to provide front desk attendant more customer service training and support. The young lady came across sarcastic and moody. Rule of thumb: if you can’t assist a customer/guest with respect and assistance? This is not the job for you. Besides this hiccup, great service overall from the manager!

Teachers' Week Away!

My teacher friend and I wanted to get away. We stayed here from Saturday Night until Thursday morning. I vetted tge property on Thursday to see how nice it was. My onky complaint is if you stsy more than 1 night, you have to adk for your room to be cleaned.

Building was acquired recently and named the Kozy Hotel, there is no other building like this for this price, family of 5 stayed for 2 nights, breakfast is OK coffee is decent. Limited towels at room, you have to request for additional.

The reason why I rated a 4 is because one thing I did not like is that check out is at 11 am and housekeeping comes to the room at 9 am talking about checking out, like dang can we get dressed and you just walk in without knocking is crazy.
