Definitely worth staying at.

This hotel met and exceeded my needs. The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff was top notch! Im glad we were able to change from the Sonesta to here. This is my type of hotel. My boys were excited about watching the planes take off and land.

First I want to stress the staff at the checkin were very friendly and helpful. However when we got to our room there was blood on the comforter and sheet, meaning either the sheets were not changed from the previous guest or the cleaner bled on the sheets. Either was when I reported it the front desk they said the cleaning staff had left for the day. They did have someone bring up a new comforter but they did not strip the old sheets, make the bed or take the comforter with blood out of the room. They just tossed the new comforter onto the bed in a pile. I

I stayed here thinking we were receiving breakfast vouchers since I paid $50 more a night ,.that wasn't the case. And they also charge for parking. I stayed here 2 years ago with no problem.

Great short stay.

We arrived much earlier than check in time. The front desk rep Russel was more than kind and friendly about it. We were tired from getting off our cruise and his gentle demeanor and voice made all the difference. The lobby is large, bright and clean. Breakfast was being served, and the options were more than plenty. The rooms were spacious, and just as expected. Comfortable clean beds, a hot shower. We booked this hotel not knowing the car rental place was right next door! We were able to drop the car off the night before and just take the hotel shuttle the next morning. We did not have to deal with the hassle of dealing with car drop off and the kids and all the suitcase early in the morning. We will definitely be utilizing this hotel and the car rental right next door next time we are in the area
