Everything and everyone has been great one of the best hotels I've stayed in I travel a lot so I spend a lot of time in hotel and by far these is one of the cleanest and the staff is supper friendly and helpful and very safe location love it

The front desk person suggested that check-in online and reserving a room online would be easier and they did not lie. I was charged for the room again by mistake and the error was corrected later. Trying to book abother room after was also an ordeal. You can hear the rooms next to you, the AC is loud, and there aren't many decent food options nearby. I wouldn't stay here again.

Staff was fine…but my room was not cleaned and I went personally to the front desk and made sure they were aware that the toilet was leaking from the bottom. We had to keep wiping the floors with towels. I saw a bug on the window shield and I hope it wasn’t a bed bug I took a picture and showed the front desk… I had to checkout early due to that reason.

We were asked to move to another room at 10pm because they couldn't get the AC/ heater to work in our room. They offered no assistance or even concern about the move. We paid $35 each for breakfast, but it was just what they used to offer for free with scrambled eggs and precooked bacon. My husband needed a toothbrush and toothpaste, but they wanted $12 for these amenities. I'm so sad that customer service is no longer important to businesses. It's about making as much money as you can by charging for every little thing, despite the fact that we paid for a room in the hotel.

The hotel was fine but at the rate they charge its shouldnt be 12.00 for toothbrush and toothpaste. Used to be free if you forgot it and may not been the best but it work. What happened to guest care instead pulling every dollar they can during your stay. The over peiced breakfast should cover it also. Hilton needs to tethink
