Staff was amazing. Just rooms are out of date and there are roaches in the room and hallway. For the amount i paid for 2 weeks was not worth it.

The General Manager is a rude and very nasty person...we been at the location 4 months no issues ..rooms wasn't in the best of conditions when we got there but due to hardship it was the best in our budget...we were never harassed until she got there..and the lady claim we owe for damages of a rusted out microwave that was like that when we got there...not to mention my son also had a room with fleas and no door on the restroom... she's very unprofessional and focus more on what man she trying to sleep with there versus hospitality for all guest

Room definitely neglected..the General manager is a horrible person...I have been here with no issues 2 months before she got here...she nasty to everyone including her staff...openly talks down on them..when we make groceries the other general manager would allow us to take them upstairs on a cart...she refuse to allow us to use the cart and says she can put anyone out with no explanation... definitely will be leaving because under her this place is going down

Terrible condition of room. Extremely Rude and unreasonable manager. Poor communication between staff. Substandard operation. Worse hotel experience I ever experienced. Smelled bad. Refrigerator was dirty on the top. Roaches in the room. They didn’t honor the arrangement of hotel.com.
