It’s a nice hotel on river with a very good breakfast, the rooms are good but can be problematic! My room safe was not working and had to be fixed and was no bath gel ! I used the gym once and pool is outside and not heated I saw no one inside or near it ! The river is nice but is murky ! The staff are very friendly and supervisor helped me A lot ! The lady in charge of breakfast room got me ginger tea both days ! The hotel is new and in good location and it’s definitely worth a stay

Wonderful hotel on the Perfume River

The hotel has a beautiful entrance with a lighted fountain and a wonderfully kept garden area surrounding the pool. The staff was very friendly and professional. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The mattress was very firm but we were told that a topper was available - we should have asked earlier. The breakfast buffet was delicious and we visited every morning. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great location to walkable Hue. Larger older 4star Vietnam hotel so the decor is older Chinese but they have newer rainhead shower in the tub/shower. Balcony did not have any chairs to sit. Friendly staff quick to respond to reset safe. Breakfast options good but seemed to alternate every 2 days and we stayed for 4 nights.

Location was convenient walk to most things. Facility needs to be updated- it would have been beautiful when first built but now it's a bit run down and dirty. Smells funky. Spa was also dirty. My massage therapist was on her phone nearly the entire massage-- using just 1 hand to massage me. Incredibly frustrating. It does have a great view of the river though!
