Room only cleaned one day. Had to constantly ask for towels. Hair in sink, after the room was supposedly cleaned. Roach in the stairwell. Sink faucet and drain in disrepair. Hair on the wall of bathtub, upon check in. Broken promises by staff. No soap in the room.

I stayed for 5 days and my room was only cleaned once. I was told that they don’t clean rooms on the weekend and then I was told I have to request a cleaning. However, I requested bed changing on Sunday and was told it would happen, but I had to change my own sheets on Sunday night. I had to ask for new towels and was told to put the old ones outside and they would bring new ones, but it did not happen. The sink stopper was broken and the faucet moved. The one day they did clean the room, they didn’t give me any soap. This was the worse stay in a hotel that was a part of a legitimate chain. The breakfast was not as depicted in the pictures and on Saturday, they started putting the food away at 9:30, when it was supposed to end at 10. About half of the staff were excellent and the other half had attitudes and broke their word. The only reason I didn’t change hotels is that I was traveling for work and was too busy to try to make a move. I just reverted to my military mode and roughed it out, but I shouldn’t have to do that. I need at least a partial refund for this horrible experience. I almost forgot about the hair on the tub wall, the first night went to take a bath. And the hair in the sink, after they supposedly cleaned the room. And the roach in the stairwell.

Room dirty linen dirty air conditioning dirty tub dirty carpet have stains all throughout the room This hotel needs a remodel. The lady at the front desk was nice and accommodating but I just couldn’t stay there it was just too dirty I wasn’t comfortable.

Only waffles and a few items like english muffins. Had to wait for several minutes on coffee. No regular sugar available. Our room (401) had no internet reception, faucet in tub water had steady stream, handle for turning on shower rotated completely around, had hard time getting set to take hot shower.

The room and the hotel are kept very clean. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. This is our second stay. We are usually here for shows at the Orion. Close to venue and plenty of shopping if needed. Breakfast had variety (changed a lot but I’m sure that’s because they had an extra fulll house this weekend) but it was kept up for the busy breakfast rush.

I was booked for 2 nights, I checked out after one. Check in took forever. The TV didn’t work so I had to move rooms. Then the new room the bath tub wouldn’t drain and sheetrock particles were coming up out of the drain. The phone would work so had to go down the the desk to (I was not dressed for this) only to be told maintenance wasn’t there.

My check in experience was great. The young man was very friendly and professional. However, my stay over all was awful. First, the breakfast bar had only 3 options on Friday morning. The room was not ready due to slow cleaning staff. We arrived at 5. Also the first room had a smell to it and the asked if we could buy air fresheners. The 2nd room they have us, the remote didn’t work so you could only change the tv on the box the bathtub was gross and the was half of a dead bug on the ceiling. The following day roach was in our room. I canceled the stay and booked another place immediately.
