I was there for a basketball tournament. The location is great for food and shopping. This was the second year that I chose the Sleep Inn for my trip. This year, the rates were higher, which was disappointing, but it is a nice place to stay.

Stayed here based upon rating and this is decent hotel for its price range. Nothing fancy but had a good breakfast buffet. They have an emphasis on cleanliness stating that they use hospital grade cleansers. This is the only motel that I have ever stayed in where you know that the carpets in the rooms have been recently cleaned!

We were greeted by Sam at the desk. He was very nice and cordial and ready to help us with any questions we had. The room and premises was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. They had a good selection for breakfast. The biscuits were hot and yummy. We wanted to extend our stay by one night, but the hotel was already booked. Book your room early!

Beds were comfy , room was clean . But you could hear everything outside the hotel and the rooms , breakfast wasn’t very good it just didn’t have any meat or much is a variety . Staff was friendly but took way too long to check in . Not a terrible place to stay though .

It nearly perfect, customer service and cleanliness and room were 10 out of 10. My only complaint was when check out started and cleaning started it was noisy so hard to sleep in!

Friendly staff but check your beds

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the lobby was clean , our room was not so much . We had problem with beg bugs and didnt stay the night there. The manager was very helpful with my fefund of the room but we probably wont stay there again.

Disappointed!

The check in service was unacceptable. We reserved a room with two queen size beds in advance. When we checked in they tried give us a king size bed and a pull out sofa. They were persistent us taking that room because they claim all the double queen rooms were gone. We refused because we wanted what we paid for. The manager intervened & we were given the room we reserved! This was so unnecessary! It put a damper on our stay!
