Advertised a jacuzzi had none. Says they have vending machines? Couldnt find any. Awful microwaved eggs at breakfast. Staff outside at night talking and woke us up as we had to leave patio door open to get some air in the room as no A/C.. other than that good beds and friendly staff at front desk when you can find them.

The room was on the 4th floor with a view of a school bus parking lot. That was okay but the tv was very snowy not a clear picture. For sleeping at night the bed was great but there was some kind of loud motor running all night above the ceiling so a bit hard to fall asleep and stay asleep. There was also a strange unpleasant chemical smell while in the hallway going to the elevator. It was there when we arrived and was still there the next morning.

We had a lovely large double room with a kitchenette. The decor was slightly dated, but it functioned well. The hotel was very quiet and the staff were all friendly, both at check in and check out. The breakfast was included and offered lots of options. Nicely done.

I requested a room to accommodate people yet there was only bedding for the one bed. Secondly I asked for the T.V to be fixed 4 times and sadly that was not fixed. Lastly gʻI decided to make a coffee my last day there and the coffee machine was also not working. I cant imagine a world where this place lives upto the 4.9 star rating I saw before my stay. Staff was friendly thats as good as it gets.

Had another nice stay. We arrived early and our executive suite was ready for us to relax Only disappointment with our room was the 2 uncomfortable chairs instead of the usual comfy couch in the living room area. The breakfast buffet had good selection to choose from. The only thing missing this time was a good selection of green teas at the buffet and in our room. The fresh cookies were the best. Now that spring is here hopefully the outside of the building will have some nice landscaping done to match the nice interior renovations completed. Looking forward to our next stay.

Check in was smooth. Ambiance is nice. Room was nice except that the patio door lock was broken. We had three people in the room but it was only set for two. When we asked for more bedding, towels etc they did deliver to our room quickly. Bed was comfortable. Michelle at breakfast service on Sunday was super sweet to my daughter. Great customer service from her. We would definitely stay again. Only big complaint was the pool! It was freezing cold, in disrepair and not filled up. Please think about fixing this. We had been looking forward to a swim each morning but decided against it the second day because it was so unpleasant.
