Room was decent, staff was very friendly and helpful. Shower had OK pressure, but took a while. And had to let the front desk know our sink was cracked. From friends in another room, sounds like they might have a few of those.

The room was 78 degrees and the air conditioning doe not work in thw winter time. We were told its a one pipe system. Meaning tou can only have hearlt or cold. Not sure what that means. We were iffered a fan and rudely told to open the window. So we slept with the window open and woke uo with sore thoats each night. Also there is some kind of electrical problem. The hall and bathroom likes would come in and off all day and night. They went out when i showered snd i had to wake my husband to get him to turn them back on. There is no room service. You must ask for your trash to be dumped, soap.and toilet paper as they do not check the room daily. The bed sheets, well im not sure what that was. A whole bunch of flat sheets yhat do not stay on the bed. The ice machine was turned off so thete was no ice. I think the worst part was being told weel there is no AC and basically we should have known and you could tell the answer they gave was something they said all night. We will not stay there again.

My only issue was the in room air conditioner, did not work so it was very hot in the room. Thankfully we were able to open windows otherwise it would have been to terrible for sleeping.

The room was nice. Waited forever for dinner at the brewery/ sports bar. Waited 20 minutes for service once we were seated. Didn't get menus or drinks so we moved to the bar so someone would notice us. The appetizer of potato skins were burnt and cold. Burgers were overcooked. Seemed like a staffing issue
