This staff was very courteous. The room was less than spotless. The floors were dirty. There were no towels. They told us they would have towels later. If we wanted some we told them we would at least have them delivered, which they did later.

Housekeeping, the housekeeping was not up to standard. We had no towels and they said if we needed towels, we could come down and get some later. We told them we need towels and please bring them up when they were ready. Which they did. The staff was very helpful. And courteous.

The Shower was broken and no hot water, the tap on the sink was falling off. The tiles on the shower floor were broken and there was no wifi. No tea or coffee facilities This is a 1 star hotel
