The cleaning staff on the main floor were rude and acted as if we were in their way. I did not realize breakfast was not included until I checked in- that was a big disappointment. The pool water was cold. The cleaning staff on our floor was very helpful and polite. The hotel is very modern/newer.

The lobby area was very “active” at 11:00 pm. The workers on duty appeared stressed and did not try to control the chaos. There was no where to park. I was told park anywhere, on curb included. Someone need to manage the chaos better. 10 year olds going down the hallways dropping F bombs. Smh. I was not impressed by the lack of control or rules of the hotel.

The indoor pool was comparable to an ice bath. Don't expect it to be a quiet night. There were kids running up and down the halls at all hours. The mattresses definitely needed replaced as they were very lopsided and lumpy. The employees and cleanliness were fantastic.
