I accept finance dictates maintenance or renovation. However it takes no effort to pick up garbage. The facility was disgusting with garbage around the grounds. Smell of human sewage on the front lawn. I can only assume the septic system is leaking.

Loved the live music at the pub, food was good, staff were friendly, beautiful views, outdoor basketball court was a big hit and my oldest liked the gym set-up; only downfall is an outdoor pool instead of indoors.
