First of all, for a 5-star hotel. I pulled up to think we would have valet parking, we were told this was not the case. We had to self park the car and unload our own luggage. No problem right well when we roll the cart inside, we were told that our room was upstairs and we had to carry our luggage upstairs. The staff did not help us out whatsoever. When we got into the room, we noticed there was no control for the TV, we had to order up one of those, when I called to get ice, they kindly notified me where it was on the floor above and in a different building. Finally when I was going to check out, I asked to extend my stay by one hour, she looked at the list of people who were checking out at noon and told me sorry, I can only let you stay until 1130. We have a bunch of other people staying till noon. Very thoughtful.
