Itaewon-dong accommodation with spa

Well maintained and clean hotel c.a. 10 mins walk away from Seoul station. We're allowed to check-in early and staff was generally quite attentive during our stay. The area where the hotel is located a bit bland in terms of restaurants and entertainment options, but given the proximity to public transport, we didn't mind it.

Convenient location. Easy access to transport. Efficient staff. Outstanding breakfast. Hotel quiet and clean. Our first choice for next trip to Seoul.

Amazing stay at Lotte World Hotel😍 I just love this hotel; from the design, the ambiance, the entire staff (from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant…) was extremely helpful and so friendly. Everything was absolutely perfect 👍 The food at the restaurant was so delicious with a wide range of wine selection…and we couldn’t get enough☺️ The location is great! (Attractions, department store, a few blocks from a street foods etc…)

It was a nice hotel with a perfect location, but they did not want to give us any upgrades or any extra benefits are being a member. The air conditioner was broken and we had to call for service several times did not fix the problem. Eventually, on our last night got fixed and they gave us free breakfast to compensate. I wish that was offered by them rather than us asking for it.

I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient this hotel was. They thought of everything… even gave me pajamas to use.
