The hotel overall is good. It is clean. Its close to everything pretty much. There is a Waffle House and an Apple Bee's right in the front, and a pretty frech cafe crossing the st. A couple of things to remark: This hotel mentions breakfast. Have in mind this is a very basic breakfast like coffee, bread and cereal. (However, you can have a good breakfast at the places I mentioned above) Housekeeping: Make sure you are out of your room by 9 to 10am, if not, then your room will stay as it is until next day. They don't go by on a second time. Size of beds: those are full size and not queen size...

Property is due for upgrades. Dirty walls, sloppy paint in corners, rusty bathroom fixtures like the toilet paper roll holder and the faucets. Cracked Sink! TV was total static and had to be moved to another room. Fridge door was rusty. Wall around AC unit was horrible. Cleaning staff was still in halls at 7:30 pm and just stared at us as we fumbled to get in our room. Very uncomfortable! Vagrant people in parking area most likely due to location near interstate highway. Will try another hotel next time I have to be in this area.

My friend and I lodged here for 1 night. Overall, the property appeared clean but my friend noted a smell (not a bad smell, just distinct) in the hallways and lobby. We also, unfortunately, spotted a roach in our room. The staff compensated us to the best of their ability. No others issues otherwise.
