Thank you Anne and Al Vita for your amazing customer service. This hotel needs a big face lift. The carpet on the floors , in the rooms , the floor tiles, paint , upholstery, leaking showers, wall paper in the bathrooms, down to the rickety elevators. I paid $479 for a weekend stay when I could have saved my money and got the same quality of stay from the Super 8.
Everything about the upkeep of this hotel is below standards. I paid for the breakfast buffet and was very disappointed in the quality and selection of food being served. At the time I came down the bacon was salty enough to send me to the hospital, the French toast was undercooked and soggy, no breakfast potatoes just not worth the $20 per person per day for my stay.
My room was located at the end of the hall with a view of the parking lot / road. Often times when I was ready to rest I could hear cars it sounded as if they were in my room with me. The walls were very thin and I heard the people in the rooms across and begins mine.
The price needs to be on par with the quality of service being received. I choose this hotel for my staycation based of the name and quality I know Double Tree and Hilton have this one was not it. This hotel should be max $75 per night and free “continental” breakfast because there is NOTHING fancy about this hotel that warrants the $203 nightly rate that I paid.
If you are looking for a nice stay at a quality hotel please don’t waste your time or money staying here !
