Great location. Upon arriving we had a light bulb burnt out. They came right away and replaced it. Unfortunately the guy dropped the old bulb. He tried to clean it up but there was still glass in the cracks of the flooring so we had to call again for someone to clean it up better so we didn’t chance getting glass in our feet. Otherwise, nice location and I’d stay again.

Pleasant stay but Much of the furniture and appliances was out dated. I frequently stay at Hiltons and this was very surprising. The lobby was remodeled and very nice but rooms and air conditioning can be updated for the prices. We booked for a King bed with city view and got double beds. Room was smaller than anticipated as well.

Time for update.

The staff was friendly and inviting, the condition is just a little dated, our room had chipped porcelain in the tub and some mildew in the overhead of the shower. Overall good but hopefully they renovate in the near future so that it will be a better stay next time.

Thank you Anne and Al Vita for your amazing customer service. This hotel needs a big face lift. The carpet on the floors , in the rooms , the floor tiles, paint , upholstery, leaking showers, wall paper in the bathrooms, down to the rickety elevators. I paid $479 for a weekend stay when I could have saved my money and got the same quality of stay from the Super 8. Everything about the upkeep of this hotel is below standards. I paid for the breakfast buffet and was very disappointed in the quality and selection of food being served. At the time I came down the bacon was salty enough to send me to the hospital, the French toast was undercooked and soggy, no breakfast potatoes just not worth the $20 per person per day for my stay. My room was located at the end of the hall with a view of the parking lot / road. Often times when I was ready to rest I could hear cars it sounded as if they were in my room with me. The walls were very thin and I heard the people in the rooms across and begins mine. The price needs to be on par with the quality of service being received. I choose this hotel for my staycation based of the name and quality I know Double Tree and Hilton have this one was not it. This hotel should be max $75 per night and free “continental” breakfast because there is NOTHING fancy about this hotel that warrants the $203 nightly rate that I paid. If you are looking for a nice stay at a quality hotel please don’t waste your time or money staying here !
