Without any prior notice, they transferred my reservation to another hotel without calling or informing me. When I arrived, I was shocked to find out I had been moved to a completely different location—downtown, where I specifically did NOT want to stay.
Not only was this highly inconvenient, but the new hotel did not match the quality, amenities, or location I originally booked. It felt like they just dumped me somewhere without any regard for my preferences or the reservation I had made in advance.
To make matters worse, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of offering an explanation or a reasonable solution, they acted like it was no big deal. I was left scrambling to figure out my stay in an area I had deliberately avoided.
This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. If they had reached out beforehand, I could have made an informed decision, but instead, I was blindsided. I do not recommend booking with [Hotel Name] unless you’re okay with last-minute surprises and poor communication.
