Hotel is very clean and at a great location- surrounded by lots of options for food and shopping.
We did not get the breakfast but were informed that it’s $11 per person.
We were disappointed by 2 main things. At check-in, the parking policy was never explained to us ($5 per night for gated parking which is automatically deducted from the incidentals charge). The amount is fine, it was just a nuisance to not know that, park, get settled in, and have to come back- stand in line, just to ask for clarifications on whether we’re supposed to have a hang tag/ticket, etc. since it was never explained at check-in.
Next- the really annoying part of our stay…
We were exhausted and had a morning flight to catch. We were awakened by a relentless knock on our door early in the morning. It was a woman in a flannel sweater jacket holding a clipboard. She barely spoke English but we figured out that she was asking “when are you leaving?” We were confused and asked, “isn’t checkout at 11?” Even though we had no plans to stay that late, we felt it was extremely unprofessional and rude to disrupt our sleep so she could ask what time we were planning on leaving. She was kind, but this caught us completely off guard and it was not something we expected to experience at a Hyatt property.
She responded with “ok!” And then she turned around and left.
The toilet in our bathroom was running all night. Again, because we were exhausted- we didn’t bother to complain. Just not what we expected.
