Hidden fees

There was a $50 charge that I was not aware of prior to arriving and a parking fee that I was not aware of till arriving!!!! There was long dark hair on all the clean towels, in the shower, and on the floor. There was food crumbs and a hair tie in the bed....

Not the easiest accessibility wise. Beautiful hotel but difficult to traverse with a physical disability. The parking is “far away” across from the hotel and not much parking, to be honest. I just needed a layover time to sleep and the beds were kind of rough, very firm but not terrible. It wasn’t all horrible, it was a very clean hotel with very clean rooms. It was just an accessible nightmare.

I used to live in Jacksonville; returned for a convention, so I know this location is excellent. Very easy to hit the major highways. So close to shopping and restaurants you don't even have to drive. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, and exactly what you would expect from a Hyatt Place hotel. I will absolutely stay here again when I'm in town.

When we got there at 11:58, they gave away our room. They were not able to accommodate us in the hotel, even though we explained we were driving for 4 hours, tired, and we had a child with us. Terrible customer service. We were send to another hotel 20 minutes away.
