Great, with a couple of not great

The room was really great with lots of room , full sized fridge, microwave, stove, and cups and plates. I reported that the sink drain plug was stuck and I couldn't use the sink in the bathroom. Also, the outlet in the bathroom didn't work and I could not reset it to use with the hair dryer.

Great Stay

This hotel was better than expected. Studio suite had everything needed for an extended stay including a full size cridhe, dishwasher cookware, dishes.Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and complimentary breakfast was good with options.

Nice hotel

I had a terrible next-door neighbor family, whose kids were extremely loud obnoxious from 1030pm until 1:30 AM. Next morning, I requested a change of room and the staff, especially the front desk, guy named Michael. He was very accommodating and moved to another room. He also drives a shuttle from Hotel to Mayo Clinic, where I had to go for a couple of procedures. He is really an exceptional staff person. One thing I would recommend is one day people who are paying customers, and they have to move from one room to another not because they want to, but they have no choice. The staff from Hotel should be able to help move the staff. They have an offer that even though they were walking with me to move me from one room to another. I moved all my stuff by myself

Only thing I would change is the bar and restaurant area. A bit awkward but understandable that most people just want to go to their room. We were there 2 solid weeks but could have used a beer after 12 hours days of scans and treatments but maybe that is just us. We only ate out once at Joes crab which cost over $100 with just one beer??? Better value at the hotel. Or uber eat.
