We were overcharged, for the dog fee. I called and they assured me, we would be reimbursed. The employees and staff, they were so helpful and friendly and patient. They were the best part of the experience!

The only thing about this hotel is there was no coffee maker in the room or ice bucket. My husband did find the ice bucket by the ice machine which seems to be unusual and unsanitary.they were accommodating on extra pillows I had asked for. We would stay again but only if we had too because my husband wants his coffe in the room

Our stay was excellent! The hotel lobby has nice amenities and the room was clean and functional. The bed was very comfortable. Everyone we encountered who was working there was very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very welcoming- From the greeting text to the welcome message on our TV with our name! Extremely clean. The bed was comfortable.
