This hotel is my favorite place to stay when visiting Jasper. We we're so happy it survived the 2024 wildfire. We enjoy the convenient parking and how its quieter off the main road into town. This place is also pet friendly and there is a green space behind for letting our dog out. Would love stay again.

Patio outside restaurant was dirty, windows were filthy, no internal blinds to block the bright morning sun, outside shades still rolled up. No grab bars in shower. No clear understanding by reception about the hotels accessibility/handicapped/assistance rooms. Walking distance from elevator to room (217) too far for clients with mobility issues. Food was good, service was very good (dinner and breakfast).

Room was clean and Hotel is very good. But their customer service and staff is rude. Restaurant in the hotel is good but their staff behaviour was terrible. They give me different information about breakfast buffet and charge me more. When I asked for receipt from front desk of hotel. They didn’t provide me.

Nice hotel but poor layout for the first floor. You have to take stairs from the lobby or take an elevator to the second floor then go down the hallway to the end for another elevator to 1.
