Our kitchen tap was leaking and was in bad shape-wish a little more effort was put into these details. As well the carpet had dog hair on that was on our socks. Lobby was very lovely and pool and hot tub great.Just rooms are tired in kitchen area

Well Expedia quoted me $130 a night and it ended up being $211 a night so I am sick of all the hidden fees associated with going to any resort/ hotel. Same thing happened in Vegas. So I would suggest you warn people about it.

Use Expedia, don’t call the phone number online for the hotels…we booked this room when there was “No Vacancies”…go online, do the foot work yourself! Plus…it was cheaper on here than what the agent told us Food for thought

Hotter than hell

We quickly checked in and were given access to the room. Room appeared clean at first sight. Later upon plugging in our phones we realized that there was an empty pringles can under the bed. We had a terrible time trying to sleep as the heat would keep on coming on no matter what we did. Its oviously a building wide issue as ALL suites had their windows open all night. Would never stay here ever again.
