Beautiful accommodations. Weabsolitely loved the view. The staff was very accommodating. Very friendly nd very helpful. Would def recommend staying there. Beautiful place.
Beautiful setting . Room was good but a bit hot with no air conditioning. There is a ceiling fan but we found it a little noisy to sleep with it on . Staff were very helpful.
A bit disappointed with the restaurant for the price . Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return

Liked: Cleanliness
This was our second time at the Overlander. I booked two rooms, that were both the same price. When we checked in one had a balcony and the other didn’t. I wish we would have known that a balcony room was available as we both would have liked to have one, not just one of us. The next time we come we will be sure to confirm which room we will be getting so we have a balcony and the beautiful view for the same cost.
The cabins are very quaint- double beds, no tv, old bathroom yet clean. Right off the highway so lots of road noise. Not sure the cabin room is worth the cost, but the views make up for it.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
This is pretty rustic - we had a Heritage cabin that needs updating for the price. The staff were amazing, the views and the little hikes were wonderful.
The cabin was basic, no tv, terrible wifi. The bed had a headboard but it wasn’t attached to the bed it was simply jammed against the wall using the bed. Stayed there two full nights and the room wasn’t cleaned while staying there, no fresh towels or removal of garbage or anything.
Beautiful property and nice cabin! Although this property is further away from jasper than I thought, it was a very nice place. Cabin had a full kitchen with pans/dishes and full laundry in unit. Place was very clean and comfortable with beautiful views
All the staff are exceptional. The view fantastic. The chef and kitchen AMAZING. Why did we only stay 3 nights?!? Not far from Miette Hotsprings. Going east to Hinton - check out the Beaver boardwalk in the early evening.
Very disappointed with the condition of the rooms. They were not maintained nor were they kept up. Very run down establishment and not worthy of the price they charge. Additionally, the property is next to highway 16 and you hear all the traffic especially trucks going by. We just loved the view. The front staff was very helpful but other than that, it’s a thumbs down.
The pictures on line made it look spectacular. The property is clean and well landscaped, the staff were wonderful. It is far from Jasper but not ridiculously far. Our room # 28 was horrendous. It is right above the kitchen for the restaurant, we could here staff talking while they cleaned the kitchen until after 11pm. The hood vent is in the wall right next to the bed which vibrates the wall and bed and hummed loudly until 11:10 at night and started up again at 6:30 a long with the kitchen staff. The room was stuffy with no air. For what we paid we expected much better.
The dessert and water only-was lovely after 35 minutes to get any service, by the time four servers had passed us by we finally went to the inside stand and spoke to the lady that said to seat ourselves, she then apologized and we were offered a small shot of wine to say sorry. Hoping breakfast we get more attention. Would stay again for a relaxing and great view of mtns!

I had a very bad experience staying at Overland Mountain Lodge. The sofa mattress was hard and thin and squeaked. The bathtub was clogged and didn't drain. My friend and I had diarrhea after dinner. I hope I can get some compensation, and I have also reported this to the hotel.
