I gave an okay rating as there were a few problems during my stay. The room was only made up 1 of 6 nights stayed, it did not appear that anyone went in each day and performed a service. My key card was reset on 3 different occasions resulting in another visit to the front desk to reissue, The room temp was always adjusted up, resulting in the rrom being extremely warm at night, not sure why staff would adjust when I had set it down for comfort.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Building is older and needs some renovation, carpet in entry way and towards elevator are in poor condition, extremely dirty and I tripped on the wrinkles in them. Lighting in room is poor - no central light and so was too dark to sit at the desk and work or read; had to sit on bed next to the floor lamp. Only an office chair to sit at. The fridge and air conditioning units are noisy and continue throughout the night also. I had asked for a room with just a shower instead of shower inside a bath tub but there are no rooms with shower only. No grab bars or help to get in and out of shower . Car park is busy but plenty of spaces. Did not qualify for the free buffet breakfast as we booked on Expedia and so needed to purchase food instead. Easy to find, situated near Costco and lots of restaurants in area. Would not book again.

Everything was great only one thing was for me the bed and tub were a little high for me im short and a senior but i did manage.i was very pleased with the security i felt safe there thanks i will definitely stay again.
