Great resort with huge amount of pools to choose from . Great buffet breakfast daily , and helpful staff. My only suggestion is they install dryers in all rooms or a self service laundry for guests to wash and dry clothes and swim wear since most rooms have no balcony in order to air any washed items . Other than that massive beautiful resort beach front and great food and drinks .

Staff were excellent everywhere. Friendly, helpful, attentive. Croissants / coffee outside Harrisons great if in a hurry or not wanting big breakfast. Resort still the best in Port Douglas.

General room, linen and pillows were dirty. Air conditioning was not working hence the humidity in the room was so bad that the bed linen was constantly moist and very uncomfortable to sleep on.
