Was unaware of $100 a day bond so when you stay for a week that’s another $700 they sting you at check in . The cabanas are also $170 a day with no b.y.o - if you book through their website direct they offer vouchers for cabanas . The pools were constantly closed for private functions and the air conditioning turns off when you are not in your room so you come back to a hot room.

Beautiful pools, the water was warm with so much space for everyone to enjoy. The property is huge however and it’s a fair way to walk from the room to anywhere really. It would also be nicer if there were more things for the kids to do and evening activities to make it more lively.

Property is dated, in order to take a shower you had to step into a jacuzzi type tub that was slippery. The floors seemed like they needed a good cleaning, there was never enough amenities such as coffe pods either one pod per day or none.. the pools need to be painted and the waiters were not trained on two occasions entire drinks were spilled in our lap with just “I’m sorry” did even get napkins. The indoor bar is great but not enough bar tenders you wait a long time for your cocktails.

We had a wonderful couple of days at the Sheraton Mirage. The hotel was excellent and the food terrific. The only thing that would make it even better was if they had an adults only section in Feast Restaurant. At the buffet breakfast there was a lot of children running around tables and in walkways while we were walking back to our spot with plates in one hand and glasses in the other, and nearly loosing the lot. Not the restaurants fault, but slack parenting. Teach your children some restaurant manners.
