If you only have a few days to visit Osaka, this location is the most convenient option. The front desk is open 24 hours, staffed by kind and polite employees who speak English. I noticed that most guests are local Japanese, with not many foreign tourists. I recommend this place if you want to experience traditional tatami-style accommodations and a public bath, reflective of Japanese living.

Beautiful experience. Would definetly recommend others to go 😊 maybe just a heads up for people, the floor mats, although comfortable, they are not good for people with back issues or anyone who has a hard time sleeping on hard surfaces

The breakfast female staffs were friendly. The male staff charged me extra hotel tax and gave no receipt, even though tax was suppose to be already included when I paid online - very sketch. Things felt older than expected, but the facility was decent enough for such a location.

Great location. Easy late check in. Free use of dpa. But thry wanted £35 to use the ssuna!! Room cost £50!! Friendly helpful staff
