Front desk clerks are idiots. Asked if resort was in town of Kalmiche. Woman replied, "Don't ask me. How would I know?" Was charged 2,500+ on my credit card for a 3 night stay. Different front desk clerk explained, "Charges are from entire resort, including Casino." I don't gamble and I never even set foot in the casino." She retorted, "You'll have to call your credit card company and work with them." NO! NO! NO!!! Spoke with 5 different front desk people, multiple times, over 4 hours wasted. No explanation for extra bogus charges. "Check with your credit card company." Complained again today. They threatened to call Security. What a corrupt organization! And uneducated, stupid employees only collude with corruption. Non-existant maid service. Woke up this morning and ran out of T.P. Horrible restaurant food and RUDE service.

It’s nice, clean and quiet in the guest quarters areas.The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the casino is always alive. It’s a good place for a stay.

Beds are completely warn out, need new mateasses. Shower had very little pressure, toook twice as long to shower than normal. Staff was extremely friendly big change from previous experiences here.
