The outside of the building is deceiving as the condition of the room was excellent and up to date. It was very clean and the service was excellent. We came to Kamloops for a medical appointment and were given a discount. Would definitely stay again.

It was good value, but the AC unit is old and noisy, there are no blackout blinds in the room we stayed at, the decorating resembles a bad DIY job. Will probably only suit those who care about just value.

Worst Motel Experience – Avoid at All CostS

I booked this motel through Hotels.com — my first time using the platform — and honestly, it was a wild ride, but not in a good way. The room reeked of old socks and was full of dust. The sheets and mattress smelled awful and triggered a skin allergy. The equipment in the room was outdated and barely functional. Even the door lock didn’t work properly, which made me feel really unsafe. The management was unhelpful and clearly didn’t care about guest experience. Overall, this was hands-down the worst motel stay I’ve ever had. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

You get what you paid for!

Motel provided an extra cot at no charge. The bedding, surfaces and flooring appeared clean. The beds are spring mattresses that are stained and dated. The room was spacious, allowing three of us to stay comfortably. However, there is no amenities close by, it is in a poor location and does not provide breakfast as listed. There was a constant odour of cannabis and area does not look safe. Further more, we were told to run the hot water for ten minutes. Overall, the property is not ideal, but it was cheap for a place to stay for one night.
