The price was misleading thanks to Hotel.com the price was in American which completely changed the price by over a $100. The tv didnt work. Only one setting on the jet tub worked. For a $250/night stay incredibly underwhelming. Ive had a $90/night sleep that was more functional, not even a discount offered for the hastle.

Lovely big room nicely appointed and equiped but had issues with entry key, TV remote and heat thermostat. Staff quickly remedied the issues. Very strong smell of pool chemicals in room.

Disappointing. Communicate - Under Renovations

Hotel is under major renovations and nowhere was this published. Not on this app or their own website. The indoor ponds were drained and they stunk! Smell was horrible in ‘poolside’ room. Room was dirty! Used dental floss on the carpet. Restaurant expensive. We had 5 rooms and very expensive disappointment. Do not recommend.

My stay was great although i did have and issue the shower head in my room, and other than i had to walk around kids playing hockey in the hallway and had to walk around them to get to my room and other than on my last night i could smell pot in the elevator.
