Very next front counter staff. Very quiet and comfortable room. Only slight issue was that there was no elevator and our room was on the second floor. Our bags were quite large but we managed. I hadn't thought to ask about an elevator when booking, so that's my fault. Just thought I'd mention it as it would be nice to make it super clear for customers to see when booking. Thanks

The room was too hot initially and the window had to be opened, the heat turned off and the room door opened.

This is an older hotel with too few electrical outlets that limits the charging of electronic devices! The room was smaller than expected and more crowded than expected. The toilets are too low if you have knee joint problems. Taller toilets are best for older persons who require to get up more easily.

Staff great once getting through a wait

It took some time for the staff to receive two of us because the buzzer or bell service wasn’t working. It took longer to check in. I called the hotel line and got quite the run around. Even when the staff showed up the operator wasn’t listening and would not let me off the line for some time. Once the staff arrived, everything was great. Very accommodating and getting me a room on the bottom floor. Treated with a bottle of water. Great coffee service in the lobby in the morning for check out! Other than the hiccup to start, the stay was wonderful.

Great service and a very comfortable place to get a good nights sleep Hotel has been renovated and new beds rock We were late arriving but staff made a huge effort to have a lockbox and room key waiting for us- so hugely convenient to say the least Easy choice to stay here again
