Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are big and nice, cable TV including hbo and all the big sports networks. There are some shady characters but that comes with all low budget hotels. If your wanting a hotel that's low priced in Kansas City you can't beat this one trust me I've been to all of the low budget hotels in the area and this one is by far the best one.

Great low cost stay. You get what you expect at a grrat price. Only issue was kids / family next door to us that were very loud eay into the night. A little older place, but it was pretty clean and the staff were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. No breakfast as was said on website.

The neighborhood was shady the bed was like sleeping on concrete and their were quite a bit of illegals their defiantly didn’t feel safe

The people at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Getting to my room was a little confusing do to the numbers on the signs, but I found it after driving around three times and stopping back by the front desk

Some doors are broken, got to keep walking to front desk to get in room. Came back and room door was not locked, had to crawl out of the window and when reported they banned me from booking them. Very frustrating and unprofessional and I got videos and pics

A quick and easy stay. Don’t know if I’d stay again unless I was in that specific area. Walls are SO incredibly thin I could hear the couple in the next room doing private activities. No conditioner which was a bummer but not the end of the world. Hallways smelled heavily of smoke even though we were in a non smoking room. Wish there were more outlets, had to use my portable charger. Also no hairdryer, again not the end of the world but definitely a bummer when I needed one. Absolutely loved the king bed though and the room was clean! ◡̈

If I could give it zero stars I would. The toilet had urine spatter, the baseboard was spattered with bodily fluids, the ceiling and bathtub were moldy, the window was full of bugs and there were marijuana cigarette butts on the rim of the air conditioner. I paid for a non-smoking room and the room smelled too much of marijuana. I found hair on both beds and hair on the phone.
