The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. The location was great being right on the beach and close to a little market area with restaurants and shops. Overall loved our stay here and would stay there again!

We lived everything about this resort. It reminded me of the old fashioned Hawaii resorts in movies. Great location. Parking was a little tricky.

Check in was easy. Like the alternative key options. Kids enjoyed have place to run where we could watch them from room and play corn hole. Cool to have option for bike riding. Restaurant and bar on site- food flavors could be better, but was nicely displayed on plate.

Ocean front, Very friendly staff, Free bike use and free parking and free valet parking, Simon the maintenance guy was very kind and helpful, my wife had bought a coconut and he broke it open for her. so we could eat it. Beautiful amazing gardens, loved the flowers and plants. Lava lava had wonderful food

I had a great experience at this hotel! The facilities were excellent, and the complimentary valet service was a huge bonus. The premises were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Another major plus was the location there were several stores within walking distance, which made it super convenient. We were also able to easily drive to all of our tours, as the hotel was centrally located to the main attractions we wanted to visit. Overall, it made our trip smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

No complaints here!

The rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping came daily to switch out towels, stock coffee, empty garbage, and make beds, if needed. The rooms are equipped with a fridge, keurig coffee maker, a safe and ample storage (closet area, 3 drawer dresser, desk/vanity, open area at end of bed for suitcases, shoes, etc).

Beautiful property, loved staying here with my 13 yr old son. So amazingly close to the ocean, love being able to watch the sunset from one of the many beach chairs set up for us on the beach. the restaurant was great and rooms kept clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay here again!

The Good. Location on the island, Lave Beach Club, Beach, Pools. The Bad. If there is a line at the check in desk, You Will WAIT. The front desk does not function well when there is a line. The front desk staff can also be snippy and unconcerned at this. The front desk also handles towels and bikes. So, if you would like fresh beach towels and there are a bunch of people checking in, you Will WAIT to get new ones. Twice the room was not serviced. We then had to call every day to remind them to service our room. Front desk staff couldn’t bring themselves to say Thank You for staying there upon checkout. If the hotel could fix the front desk issues, it would be a very good hotel.

Older hotel but newly remodeled. Was quiet and peaceful. The parking lot does not have enough slots for all guests. Parking slots were extremely narrow.

Great value for price! Well located between South and North of Kauai. Rooms with kitechnette are well equipped, and enable to enjoy making our own food. Pool are basic but clean. Staff was super nice and helpful

This sweet Hotel on the beach, with an excellent fun restaurant is wonderful. It’s a totally remodeled old Hawaiian Hotel. Takes you back to casual relaxed Hawaii. The walking , bike path along the beach in front of the hotel, takes you to many restaurants, shops and beaches.
