Staff was very helpful but the room it was a little too old. Breakfast was great and the server were very nice.

Very near the airport with free bus shuttle to and from Narita airport . Free bus shuttle to Aeon mall . Breakfast is awesome !

Easy hotel for a pre- or post-flight stay. Shuttle to and from airport helpful for flights and also to catch Keisei skyliner into Tokyo. West wing seemed much more updated compared to east wing. Despite being a bit dated, hotel is clean and fine for a short stay. Beds were quite soft, so this was our only major area for improvement. Also, just be aware there are no dining or shopping options nearby; thank goodness there is a 24h Family Mart inside the hotel - with our late 830pm flight arrival, we got to the hotel close to 930pm and had to grab family mart food downstairs for dinner. (There is an on-site restaurant but it was closed and anyway we found the restaurant prices and room service pricey). Overall, a fine hotel and good value for a one night stay near Narita.

It is close to NRT International airport and shuttle bus is accessible. Breakfast is delicious. I stayed 1 night last year and I stayed 2 night last April 30-2 2026

I traveled with my family. We made a reservation for a semi-double room with an extra bed. I surprised that beds were not that size as information in Expedia site. Beds were absolutely the same size. Positive points:high floor, enough space for 2 adults and 1 child, a quiet room, and a delicious breakfast, free shuttle bus bound for Narita aeroport. Negative points:extra towels for a child required an additional fee. There were no bottles of water or tea provided, only coffee packs. The air conditioner was difficult to adjust (it was either too hot or too cold). Shuttle bus doesn't stop Terminal 3 even it is close to Terminal 2(~15 minutes by walk). I saw thst other buses stoped near T3. I chose this hotel because of the onsen however, we had to pay for it and did not receive towels. After using the onsen, my child and I took a shower and asked a ther guest women where we could get towels. She told us that we needed to bring them from our room. I was disappointed because nobody informed us about this in advance. Even if there was a language barrier, I can speak Japanese as I have been living in Japan for many years. Additionally I worked in 2 local hotels, so I knew hapanese service rules. As result, next time I will definitely choose a different hotel.
