Staff is friendly and helpful. Area around the hotel requires reliable transportation. There is not much to do outside of the hotel. Used only for a stay before a flight. All I would use it for.

Great place after a 14 hr flight. Convenient shuttle from the airport. Rooms are clean and have a moderate amount of space. Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The family mart was helpful for snacks when we woke up in the middle of the night jet lagged.

The room they gave us is dirty and old. The lobby looks modern but the room is really bad. This is so far the worse hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan. The wall, chair and table are deteriorated. Bathroom is dirty, fan is many loud noises all night and I can’t even turn it off. Don’t get fool by the look. I would stay away from this hotel.

It just a typically transit hotel. We just used it to take a rest for a night and took the free shuttle from the hotel. Overall its a good place to stay transit only.

Good value for a nice hotel.

I Nic’e hotel. Really big! There’s 2 restaurants and a convenience store which is really nice. I read some folks thought the rooms were out-dated. Maybe a little, but I thought they were not too bad. I was disappointed to not be able to try the onsen because I have a tattoo. I know the reason behind this, but I also know some places are becoming less strict with this idea. It is an international airport hotel, and I’m sure that others have felt the same. I suggest certain times when tattoos are allowed so anyone who cannot witness this art atrocity can go during the non tattoo time. If happily join tattoo hour!
