Excellent staff at check in Very clean place Nice little pool They supplied you with coffee and real cream, which was excellent . Large mini fridge . Modern room decor And spacious Comfortable beds We had a Quiet room at night The meal coupon included at Ricky’s was a perk and loved having a Starbucks location out front , that was a bonus! ! Great location to get around Kelowna

It’s great that they’ve renovated the rooms and are pet-friendly! The reception staff was amazing when we checked in- very welcoming. However, the building still has that old property smell, which is hard to ignore. It’s a decent place for a one-night stay. We didn’t try the complimentary breakfast, but it’s a nice touch that they offer it.
