Accent Inn in Kelowna was a great stay. Awesome staff and everything was just right. And they made it clear they would make it right if it wasn’t. I would gladly stay again! One of my best hotel experiences to date. And I’m pretty old!

The Hotel is very good in terms of room cleanness, friendly staff at the reception. The breakfast need to be clarified properly on the website. I discovered once I arrived the breakfast was offered by Ricky's the restaurant near the hotel. Looks like they are partnered with the hotel. However the value of the offer is merely 9.99 only which I found it is misleading. Especially the service at the Ricky's are pretty poor. And the staff .ooks like overworked I would appreciated more clarity in that regards

Great exercise room, convenient ice machine, excellent fresh coffee ground French vanilla from machine in lobby, great complimentary Ricky's breakfast, quiet room at back of property (no construction as nearby building completed), convenient elevator and spacious parking, safe security guard patrolling areas, very comfortable bed. Housekeeping forgot the in room coffee so went down to lobby. Microwave and fridge in room but no freezer compartment. A little dark in room so needed drapes opened. Good TV with multiple options for entertainment.

It’s always a great experience, and usually come early bcoz the bus schedule comes at noon and front desk always accommodate me no problem “Emily” is one of the front desk and she’s very kind, friendly.

It felt very clean in the room, staff were so kind and answered all questions- about a 25 min walk to downtown Kelowna. We used the free bikes which were decent enough to get us into town. The breakfast that was free was at the restaurant beside the hotel, not quite free but close enough. I was impressed.

I am a little disappointed as our room has an interconnected door to the next room, we can hear the people talking. Also, the toilet developed a leak during our stay. Very annoying!
