Room was very clean, check in and check out staff extremely friendly. The cute association With the rubber duckies is cool. The scrabble game in the lobby is a Neat idea. The little notes from housekeeping make you feel truly important. My only complaint is the old style flat back bathtub. However that seems to be the norm in most older hotels? Over all great job and we had a great stay! Thankyou

Room was clean, basic and bed was comfy. We didnt sleep though due to all the noise from everyone else. Everytime someone used water it sounded like a pressure washer or a hose was going off in our room. The heater made an awful ticking noise. The neighbors smoked every 20 minutes right outside our door until 12pm so our room stunk. Then the neighbors above arrived at 1230am with their dog who barked until 2am. With them stomping around and playing their tv really loud. Once everyone started getting up at 6am and slamming their doors, our door would shake and slam too. Worst sleep we have ever had and wont stay here again because of it unfortunately.

This place just gets what people appreciate in a hotel. Cleanliness, comfort, quiet and little “extras” that make you feel special…like rubber ducks! Breakfast is in a great family restaurant in the parking lot where you can either have the set hot breakfast or $10 of any meal. The front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful…we ended up calling them a few times because we couldn’t figure out tvs, microwaves, etc. They were so polite and prompt to help us figure things out. Definitely the place where we will stay when in Kelowna from now on. Great hotel and great price.

Great hotel. Nicely refinished rooms with awesome mattresses and pillows. Everything was very clean. Latte machine in the lobby is a fantastic bonus. Free breakfast awesome. No complaints. Would stay here again.
