My stay was great , I willl give you guys 5 stars for sure just because of your staff service . My issue was my TV never turned on , called front desk and the kind young guy came up reset the breaker and had do do the Telus reboot . All good no issue , later on that night I used the micro wave and blew the breaker again and lost my TV again . Luckily. I saw what the young guy did to reset by removing the micro wave and reset it my self without having to call front desk. Other than that , the staff was amazing helpful and

In its class, the Hampton Inn brand/experience is the king; the standard to which all the others aspire. However, this particular property was aging and on the decline. Slow elevator, corridors a bit dark and dingy and parking lot cramped and claustrophobic. Nearly every day, the is a mass influx of Rocky Mountaineer train travellers that arrive and depart all at once, along with their 300-400 suitcases handled, albeit, with military efficiency by a 6-man moving crew. If you avoid that craziness, your stay will be just fine.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, nice showers, but room quite dark during the day. Not much for view. Facing street view. Didn’t care for their choice of the cutlery in the breakfast buffets (disposable wooden) but the continental breakfasts were wonderful with lots of selection Front desk staff (Diane) very friendly and accommodating.
