The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. The room was not clean, walls and doors were dirty, with questionable debris hanging from smooth services. The room was not cleaned in the two days I stayed. No facecloths and towel shortage. Bathtub did not drain.

We stay every year but the communication this time was not as friendly or efficient. Check in no welcomed us ir smiled and thebreception dodntbteaf my request for upper floor view room they gave us a ground level room looking out on the ugly dead grass courtyard which we would not have stayed in. To npt read a regular cystomer messages abd guve us worst rooms wasnt a good start. I asked for a broom change which they did but it felt awkward to ask. We asked for late check outbwhich was granted but that wasnt passed along so we were woken with a check out reminder. The hotel restaraunt isnt open.never is nut its innecpensive clean and thebroom is confortable beds clean and comfy. Just was a shame it wasnt friendly. I think its up for sale
