Amazing hotel

Amazing interior and grrat service. As a guest of the tower hotel you can use all the fascilities as the palace guest. Lot of live music in all the places, great smell in the reception, amazing food, 3 restaurant options for breakfast. Room is perfest with nice balcony and the view to gateway if india. Highly recomended.

We stayed three nights at Taj Mahal Tower Hotel and it was a very enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel opposite Gateway of India was very convenient with shopping and extensive choice of food outlets in the nearby colaba area. The iconic Taj Palace hotel is connected and most public areas are shared by both hotels. The welcome ceremony conducted on check in is very unique and made us feel special. The staff are always friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the housekeeping and food and beverage outlets. The complimentary tour was very informative and it is highly recommended if you have time to complete. A little inconvenience is the lobby is always crowded with visitors not staying at the hotel but overall a very good stay with the usual Taj excellence which makes this hotel great.

It stands true to its name. I had the most beautiful birthday celebration ever. Just a silent mention of my bday and they decorated the whole room with balloons, a beautiful cake and a wine bottle. I felt like my bday celebrations continued till the next day because they even sent me a bday note during breakfast on the pancake platter. A must visit. Do take the tour of the property by booking a slot at the concierge which is a guided tour service. Experience the rich culture and heritage that this property has to offer. Unfortunately the outside is not like it used to be 20 yiears ago……all enclosed. Did not like loud music in the Harboir Bar. It is painful to sit there and enjoy your libations. Left and went to another hotel bar.
