Very unexpected charges. We were blind sided by the entire property. When we checked in we were met with a room that viewed a large green dumpster. When we checked our we were met with a charge for over $60/ a day for the “amenities” coffe pot, sheets, hair dryer etc. we were here for 4 days and only had room services for two days , 😂

The property has a super relaxed delicious vibe, they have Brumby rockers ( look it up) really super cabanas and the food and drinks all super. Have a “ security Ambassador “ wow her name is Molly and she is super interested in making your stay perfect❤️we stayed 4 nights will return.

The property is extremely well maintained and the staff is great. The food was great, but there weren't many small food or snack options. Overall, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone. My disappointments were with food choices / options and not being put in a room that matched the type that I reserved.

El hotel esta muy bueno,limpio y los.de mantenimiento estan trabajando sin parar para quetodo este en orden, , es wl unico hotel en el que he estado que cobra por el estacionamiento, ,te cobran un dwposito extra al hacer el check in y se demoran unos cuantos dias en devolverte el dinero que no usaste, la vista es espectacular!!

Usually food at the resorts are so-so but everything we ate here was good even down to just a pepperoni pizza. Walkability was decent for some drinks and eats outside the resort maybe a 10 minute walk. Main attractions about a 30 minute walk. It rained the first 2 days and they provided umbrellas so we still were able to walk around. I would definutelt stay here again!

The staff were mostly friendly and quick to answer questions. The resort itself was not very entertaining and overall to expensive for what it offers. The dinner restaurant on resort was awful with service and limited food choices. Also unwilling to accommodate shrimp allergy. Husband and i spent more time in mallory square and exploring key west than we did at resort. If you get a rental car be prepared to pay daily parking fee at resort. Definitely would not stay at casa marina again. It is a beautifully designed resort and has a lot of history to it but it is not worth the price you pay
