The pool and restaurant area near the pool were pleasant.
I was very disappointed with the view outside of my room. The parade float has an outhouse with the toilet visible. It was also a storage area for construction materials.

They need to take the “Resort” out of their name!! It is a hotel with a pool. Horrible service! Tea and coffee are only available in the morning, even then they only have cheap black tea bags. We paid for a room with a balcony, that overlooked the parking lot. 5 miles from Duvall Street. Definitely NOT worth the $1800 for 4 nights that we paid.

Overall a great experience. Pool and hot tub were amazing and the shuttle was great. Check you bill though, I was being billed for parking (I don’t have a car in FL lol)

A very nice resort with all the amenities that were listed on the website along with a courteous staff. The shuttle to downtown was great and the location was very convenient. Pool and hot tub area was very well-maintained clean.

We enjoyed the pool bar. Service was a little slow as there was only one bartender. He was doing his best it was busy. The king size bed was comfortable, no extra blanket in the room, didnt like the long black hair on the clean wash cloth by the sink or that the glass shower door wouldn't close all the way.
