The staff was amazing and the area was very conveniently located however because the property is so close to Duval street, it is loud and the service trucks for the area are loud early in the morning.

Continental breakfast was more than sufficient. Nice, clean Inn. Very convenient location. Lots of dining and shopping VERY close by. I would certainly stay there again!

The room was not that nice, the staff was unfriendly I was locked out from trying to get into my room from the gates. I asked for help, and the staff behind the desk kept pointing to walk around. I tried that, but still could not find access to the rooms. They also charge an additional resort fee each night, 2 nights was $177.00 additional hidden fees

Everything was fabulous… except the outside entrance door to the rooms. I think it was housekeeping and starting around 8 am, the door slammed shut every minute for over an hour! I wish they would have just propped it open! Grounds was beautiful and perfect location! Very “key west” like!

The breakfast was decent. I went elswehere every day during Fantasy Fest. I was upgraded for free to the most expensive room in the complex. Felt like a king. You will hear loud music at night from the club across the street from the hotel. That means go and party. Also, its an older hotel with a Carribean charm so expect that. Would stay again

Room is cute, clean, and cozy. Nice shower with better than average hygiene products. Pool was warmer than expected and clean. Adorable property. Duval Innn is perfect location for walking around Duval Street. No issues with parking.
