The person at the front desk never answered the phone. Finally called the outside hotel number and get a company wide help desk. Gave them the issue and waited. Nothing. Called the main number again, same response. waited another 15 minutes, nothing. Finally got dressed and walked to the front desk where a young man was doing nothing. asked and received a razor. just a bad experience.

We had booked a Double Queen Room for our family for 2 days 12/6 and 12/7. We travelled as a family of 4 including the 2 year old kid. We did not even get a room. The room was under maintenance, they did not give us alternate room or upgrade. They told us to go to Hilton as they had prearranged with them. When we reached Hilton they said only had the room for 1 night and told us to leave next day for another hotel or go back to Fairfield Inn. At Hilton Inn after much request to the manager they accommodated us for 2 days. Issues we faced: 1. No heads about room unavailability at Fairfield. 2. Hilton did not initially accommodate and asked to go back to Fairfield. 3. Hilton inn told us to leave and go to some other hotel next day. 4. Room key stopped working on second day at Hilton Inn. 5. Unprofessionalism by Fairfield Inn. 6. Very unprofessionalism and casual handedness by Hilton Inn. I truly wish to get compensated for what we had to face.

Good breakfast, clean rooms, nice pool, Shuttle is great, they drop off and pickup in front of The "Water Front Brewery" , which is also a Great place to eat, great food, a lot of it, at a good price , on the waterfront !! They also rent Golfcarts, close to Airport , and Wife and I will be staying there again
