This resort was very lovely. Inside and out. The food at the grill / bar was very good. The ambiance of the grill/bar was just okay but food excellent and staff wonderful!!!!

Unfortunately our heat and AC did not work. It is 3 miles from downtown and uber expensive . Limited food and things to do in area. Recommend spending the extra to stay downtown for experience, food, convenience, and better quality services.

Our room had a large balcony with a great view. We stayed here a few years ago and would come back again. The only issue we had was the cable TV signal was lost for a few hours, but we weren’t there to watch TV anyway. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

The view from our room of the pool area and the ocean was beautiful. The room was spacious. Only complaint would be the fry pans need to be replaced!

PLEASANT STAFF AND PRETTY RESORT

The staff was friendly and helpful. The resort was pretty. Loved our balcony and pool/hot tub. Only problem was a "fishy" stench in our room. We tried to air it out, but we couldn't get rid of it. Don't know if it was in the walls or HVAC system. A short drive to Duval and where the action is. Wish we could have had a late checkout but were told they were "totally booked" and we had to leave within a few minutes of checkout. I honestly think they could have accommodated us for an extra hour (checkout is at 10AM but check-in is at 4PM). Overall, pleasant stay.

Windward Pointe is away from the hubbub of Key West downtown but you can get there in minutes. The grounds were beautiful, the condo extremely well equipped and we got to see the ocean from the balcony. Perfect location and comfortable accommodations.

All good things! They were able to accommodate our early check in, our room was Beautiful with a gorgeous view. Housekeeping took great care of us- responding to our needs very promptly. The pool was nicely heated and warm, with fun games to play. The cafe in the center court was delicious. We had a great time. Definitely enjoyed our stay there and recommend it!
