Beautiful and safe. Easy walk to Starbucks and Hurricane Hole. Need a ride pretty much anywhere else. Could use a coffee maker in rooms. The single pack maker was very subpar at best .

The properly lacks amenities. No laundry, ice machine, no housekeeping, limited staffing. The staff that we did interact with were lovely. The property is dated and needs some updates. It’s difficult to navigate as there are so many buildings with no signage. The onsite restaurant was fantastic, however extremely expensive.

Beautiful property. Customer service was excellent and our room was very equipped with everything we needed! Requested a regular coffee maker on the phone app and within minutes received it . We had a wonderful time. Will return again

Our room was very nice. The only issue we had was the toilet did not flush due to a simple fix! We told the front desk and it was fixed right way!! But broke again after two days!! But again was fixed right way!

The facilities and property are fabulous. The shuttle drivers (especially John) and the staff at the chicken walk are fabulous. The front desk staff needs training in customer service:hospitality. When we checked in they offered NO information on the property. We asked if there was a store nearby or on premise to buy drinks/snacks they said no, with no additional info. They didn't tell us there was no daily cleaning (which is fine with me) but how to get clean towels etc. You need a summary sheet or have front desk give brief summary or put on Tv guide. Other than that fabulous stay. A small "store"/area at front desk with some drinks and snacks and toiletries for sale would be helpful since nothing around.
