Have stayed previously and had great experiences however the property is starting to feel dated and worn due to some differed maintenance. The customer service was par. On a high note, the on site restaurant Tavern N Town is one of our favorites in Key West. They have outstanding food, service, and ambience and offer a great happy hour. Usually a local crowd too. Being that rooms here are usually on average $100 more per night than the Hyatt next door, I would choose the Hyatt. Their rooms are freshly renovated and the customer service is above par. The pool is also more resort style at the Hyatt.

Very nice one bedroom suite by the pool. If you have more than two I would get the two bedroom or you have to share the master bath. It was a little noisy at the pool at night but didn't really bother us much but some may not. We would stay again!

This property was in a great location and only a few miles from Duval Street. Our very own private access to the beach. The staff was great, was able to accommodate us, after our flight was delayed then canceled.

The hotel was nice. The restaurant was very expensive so we tried to eat off property as much as possible. The resort is not walking distance close to many food places. We were very glad for the hourly shuttle but make sure to arrive early as it did fill up on occasion and people had to wait until the next hour or find alternative means.

Beautiful views, pool was open 24/7, music allowed to be played, balcony and private rooftop, can't express how cool this resort was. Never hounded by staff, they let you do as you please. The way vacation stays should be. That is our go-to spot for trips to Key West.

It was a delay from them for our check in, but the manager step in and he was so nice and help us and the waiting was more pleasant, he even gave us a gift card from the hotel restaurant in compensation for this inconvenient. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful too. I Totally recommend this hotel.

Tiny room without a view of anything but air conditioners. Hard to even open suit cases except on bed. Very loud setup with doors slamming into the wee hours of morning. Pool is nice, but they allow folks to play music from their own speakers wrll into the night.
