Welcome to Paradise! This fully upgraded 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has spectacular ocean views from the spacious lanai located in the highly sought after Maui Parkshore Condo Complex. We are unit 309 on the third floor. Our kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience and includes basic spices and other necessities. There is an ice maker for cold beverages on the lanai while watching the incredible daily sunsets after a relaxing day at the beach. The living room offers a comfy couch and love seat to enjoy casual conversations or for watching the flat screen smart television. High speed wifi is also included.
The main bedroom boasts a comfortable king size bed, portable air conditioner and beautifully appointed 3 piece ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds. A second air conditioning unit has been added to the second bedroom. The guest bath is right next door so everyone can enjoy some privacy. There is a comfy brand new queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious lanai has a table and chairs for meals with a view and a roll down sun shade for those warm afternoons.
Our complex has four professional grade gas barbecues with a covered patio, a shuffleboard game, and a newly updated pool area with tables, chairs, umbrellas, chaise lounges and washrooms. The grounds are lovingly landscaped for everyone’s enjoyment.
Across the street is Kamaole Beach Park 3 where turtle and whale sightings are a daily occurrence (whale season Nov-Mar). Swimming, snorkelling, boogie boarding and sand castle building are all great past times at all 3 of the lifeguard protected, Kamaole beaches.
This ideally located condo is walking distance to shops and restaurants where you can purchase almost anything you could need including groceries, liquor, salons, swim wear, pharmacy, pre-cooked meals, bakery, health foods, car/motorcycle/bike/snorkel gear rentals, ice cream, specialty coffees and of course souvenirs. A short car ride away is the elegant Shops of Wailea shopping mall.
Local tours and activities that you may want to participate in include snorkel tours, whale watching tours, sunset dinner cruises, scuba diving, golf, zip lining, surfing lessons, horseback riding, kayaking/SUP boarding tours, atv adventures plus many more.
