Completely Renovated and remodeled into the perfect modern beach style condo. Completed in May 2016, this trendy beach haven is the perfect getaway. Enjoy Ocean Views from this ground floor condo located next to the pool and center courtyard. This two-bedroom condo will accommodate up to six people and is sure to meet all of your home away from home expectations.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom ensuite. The second bedroom has two twin beds, which can, as well as a full bath ensuite. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect mix of beach and country style and decor. There is an abundance of kitchenware and bar stools surrounding the counter space that will allow you to enjoy a meal together.

Kauhale Makai is a great property with an endless amount of amenities for your usage. There is a pool and a hot tub, and even a kids pool for your enjoyment. There are gas grills on the property and coin-operated laundry facilities. You may even venture further to enjoy the shuffleboard and putting greens.

Nearby this complex, you will find amazing places to dine such as Nalu's South Shore Grill, Monsoon India, Fork and Salad, and Isana Sushi. Great location and amenities!

This condo is in a great location, walk across the lawn to the beach and watch the sunset, plenty of restaurants and stores close by. Updated kitchen, comfortable beds, stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great communication with host/staff!

Air Conditioner not working

The main air conditioner for the unit didn't work through out our stay. Maui Condo were contacted on our first day at the property that the unit was not working. Through the proceeding days they worked to have repair personnel visit to determine the problem with the unit. No diagnostic details on how to repair the unit. I was the one always calling for an update and to see when the unit would be repaired. As this unit is a ground floor unit we were not able to leave the window screens open for improved air flow through the day/evening when not at the property. All other items in the unit were fine. Complex is well maintained and there was evident security present through the day. We enjoyed our stay.
